Editorial policy

Useful property research starts with a visible source trail.

Gurgaon Ledger organises public project information for buyers. We distinguish official records from market evidence and show when each source was checked.

01

Project identity

We normalise project names, developer names, sectors and aliases. Phases are not merged merely because they share a brand.

02

Official evidence

Haryana RERA records and developer documents are preferred for registration, configuration and project-status claims.

03

Price evidence

When an official price sheet is unavailable, a reputable portal may establish a dated asking-price reference. It is labelled as market evidence, not a developer quote or completed transaction.

04

Freshness

Every citation stores a retrieval date. Time-sensitive prices should be reconfirmed before a site visit, negotiation or booking.

05

No invented certainty

Missing facts remain missing. We do not manufacture inventory, returns, possession promises or appreciation forecasts.

06

Corrections

Evidence is stored separately from project summaries so outdated claims can be corrected without creating duplicate pages.

Important disclosure

Research support, not legal or investment advice.

Buyers should independently verify title, approvals, RERA phase, area statement, payment schedule, taxes and contractual terms with qualified advisers before a transaction.
